OUR SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Time

All orders placed with RSBO are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Processing time includes order verification, quality check, packing, and handover to the courier partner.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is any significant delay, we will notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery times typically range between:

  • 2–7 business days for most locations across India

  • Remote locations may require additional time depending on the courier service

All delivery timelines provided on the website or by customer support are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

RSBO is not responsible for courier delays caused by:

  • Traffic, weather, strikes, or natural events

  • Courier operational issues

  • Festivals or peak demand

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions—such offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You may use this link to monitor the movement of your parcel.

Tracking updates depend entirely on the courier provider, and occasional delays in scan updates can occur.

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners typically attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If the shipment cannot be delivered due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unreachable phone number

  • Customer unavailability

the order may be returned to us. In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.

Risk of Loss

Once the order is handed over to the courier, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.
RSBO is not liable for:

  • Parcels lost after delivery is marked “Delivered”

  • Theft of parcels after delivery

  • Items damaged due to improper handling by the courier

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please contact the courier directly for resolution.

Order Not Received / Incorrect Address Issues

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

RSBO is not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address or contact information entered during checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@rsbo.shop with photos or video.

Eligible issues will be handled according to our Replacement Policy.

No International Shipping

At this time, RSBO ships only within India.
International shipping will be announced when available.
