Refund policy

R.S. Bonafide Outfit (“RSBO”) follows a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy. All sales made through our website are final. However, we offer a replacement in certain eligible situations as explained below.

Customers may request a replacement within 3 days of receiving the product if the item delivered is damaged, defective, wrong size, wrong color, or if an incorrect product was received. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, with original packaging and tags intact. Customers must provide their order number along with clear photo or video proof of the issue.

To initiate a replacement request, customers must contact us at support@rsbo.shop or on 7708598311. Approved returns must be sent to the following address:

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

The customer is required to initially pay the return courier charge. RSBO will reimburse only the standard courier feeafter receiving and inspecting the returned item. Charges for express delivery, premium options, or special handling are not reimbursable. Once the returned item is received and verified, RSBO will dispatch the replacement product within the standard processing window.

Products that are used, washed, stained, damaged by the customer, missing original packaging or tags, or reported after the 3-day window are not eligible for replacement. Sale items, clearance items, promotional items, and gift cards are also non-replaceable.

RSBO does not offer order cancellation once an order has been placed and paid for. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances. All issues are handled strictly through our replacement process.
